The Covered Entity's use of the Framework Agreement to. the implementation of its public procurement, i.e. the electronic management of purchases under the Framework Agreement, as provided for in the ACPC Regulation, by the Contracting Authority, is done using DKR, with the path to: https://idpr.dkuzrt.hu/. A direct order initiated outside the DKR or an Individual Contract based on the reopening of a competition shall not constitute a procurement under the Framework Agreement.
The implementation of the public procurement contract in question may take place - pursuant to point (b) of paragraph (2) of Article 105 of the Public Procurement Act - under the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement
In accordance with point b) of paragraph (2) of Section 105 of the „Specifications for the conduct of a direct order or reopening of a competition under a framework agreement”-at Buying from DKR at fixes.
