Renewal, enhancement and extension of existing SAP software licenses, as well as related product support and other services
In order to satisfy a Covered Entity's procurement needs under this Framework Agreement, the Covered Entity may. the implementation of its public procurement, i.e. the electronic procurement under the Framework Agreement, as provided for in the ACPC Regulation, the DKR is used.
The implementation of the public procurement contract in question may take place - pursuant to point (b) of paragraph (2) of Article 105 of the Public Procurement Act - under the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement
In accordance with point b) of paragraph (2) of Section 105 of the „Specifications for direct ordering under a framework agreement or for the reopening of a competition”-at Buying from DKR at fixes.
A contract based on a direct order or a reopening of competition initiated outside DKR does not constitute a procurement under the Framework Agreement.
