Delivery of servers and storage related to existing infrastructure, and provision of associated services – Homogeneous servers and storage
The realisation of procurement by the Contracting Authority under the Framework Agreement, i.e., procurement under the Framework Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as „the specific procurement” or „procurement” in the text of the Framework Agreement), shall be carried out electronically – in accordance with the DKÜ Decree – using the IDPR application.
The public procurement in question may be implemented through direct award under the conditions specified in the Framework Agreement, pursuant to Section 105(2)(b) of the Public Procurement Act, or through reopening of competition.
The Contracting Authority records the „Regulations on the execution of direct orders or re-tendering based on a framework agreement” in the IDPR.
A contract concluded on the basis of a direct order or reopening of competition initiated outside of IDPR shall not be considered a procurement under the Framework Agreement.
