The Covered Entity's procurement under the Framework Agreement, i.e. the electronic management of procurement under the Framework Agreement, is carried out using the IDPR, as provided for in the ACPC Regulation.
The implementation of a given public procurement may be carried out by means of a reopening pursuant to Article 105(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Act. The „Provisions on the conduct of a reopening of a tender under a framework agreement” shall be set out by the Contracting Authority in the IDPR.
A contract based on a reopening of competition initiated outside the IDPR is not a procurement under the Framework Agreement.
