„Purchase of ”homogeneous" client-side IT tools
The implementation of the public procurement contract in question may take place - pursuant to Section 105 (2) (b) of Article 105 of the Public Procurement Act - under the conditions set out in the framework agreement
For the benefit of the Organisations concerned, the following documents, which are intended to assist them in interpreting certain provisions of the procurement procedure and the Framework Agreement „Requirements for direct orders under a framework agreement and for the reopening of a competition”-shall be recorded by the Purchaser in the DKR.
Under this Framework Agreement performance only as a result of a direct order confirmed in DKR or a reopening of a competition launched in DKR, carried out in accordance with Section 105 (2) b) of the Public Procurement Act Individual Contract can be based on.
