Purchase of network equipment and accessories for existing infrastructure and provision of related services - Inhomogeneous network equipment and accessories
The Covered Entity's procurement under the Framework Agreement, i.e. the electronic management of procurement under the Framework Agreement, is carried out using the IDPR, as provided for in the ACPC Regulation.
The implementation of the public procurement contract in question may take place - pursuant to point (b) of paragraph (2) of Article 105 of the Public Procurement Act - under the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement
The „Provisions for the conduct of a reopening of a competition under a Framework Agreement” shall be set out in the IDPR by the Contracting Entity.
A contract based on a reopening of competition initiated outside the IDPR is not a procurement under the Framework Agreement.
