Students in Budapest, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Veszprém, Somogy and Baranya counties will receive 10-10 thousand laptops in two phases, worth around HUF 4 billion.
The Digital Government Agency (DKÜ), acting on behalf of the Klebelsberg Centre, has named the group as the winner of a conditional public procurement for the purchase of 20,000 notebooks. The IT equipment will ensure equal access to digital education for pupils and teachers in five counties.
A teljes projekt keretében mintegy 140 ezer diák kap új eszközöket, a konzorciumvezető Delta Systems Kft. a keretmegállapodás értelmében 20 ezer laptop beszerzési feladatait nyerte el. A Budapesti Értéktőzsdén is jegyzett Delta Technologies 100%-os leányvállalata, a Delta Systems Kft. jelenleg az egyik legnagyobb informatikai rendszerintegrátor Magyarországon. A cég által vezetett konzorcium az eljárás két részajánlati körét is győztesként zárta. A részajánlatokban foglaltak szerint a Delta Systems öt vármegye köznevelési intézményei részére végezheti el az összesen 20 ezer darab notebook beszerzését, közel 4,003 milliárd forint nettó összeértékben.

The decision to equip students and teachers with laptops was taken by the government during the crown virus epidemic, to prepare public education from grade 5 upwards for distance learning and the rapidly digitalising education in general. Thus, year after year, the education authority provides laptops to all enrolments and teachers in grade 5, on an ascending scale.
