Delta Systems Kft. has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Samsonite Hungária Kft. With this recent strengthening of the business relationship between the two companies, which offer high-quality solutions and products, Delta Systems Kft. is now authorised to sell the entire product portfolio.

Delta is expanding its product portfolio to serve a new spectrum of businesses, and 110-year-old Samsonite is a long-standing global brand that ensures Delta solutions are carried safely and stylishly. Samsonite has been present in Hungary since 1989. One of its two European factories is located in Szekszárd, where significant innovation activity is also taking place, as it is here that the latest suitcases are developed in collaboration with the Budapest and international team, with personalisation, durability and sustainability being key aspects. The Hungarian factory's most innovative product is the Roxkin™ suitcase, which is not only designed to last a lifetime, but also has a much lower weight to load ratio than its competitors.
Quality is our top priority, as all our products have to meet the same strict standards. The price difference is in the use of materials, but we do not compromise on durability and load capacity. Our partnership with Delta is part of a European-wide strategy to further strengthen the market position of our diversified product portfolio; suitcases, bags, backpacks, handbags, purses and other accessories.
Although globally the best known are the domestically produced suitcases, and travel-related products currently account for just over half of sales in Hungary, the product portfolio is in fact much more diverse. The revenue from laptop bags and backpacks in Hungary is 25%, which is an outstanding figure by European standards. Delta and Samsonite have already successfully cooperated in several projects, mainly in the sale of laptop bags.
The collaboration between Delta and Samsonite also opens up new dimensions for us, as our experience has shown that if the bags given to business laptops are not durable and suitable enough, their owners replace them within a year, which is a sustainability concern. With Samsonite, our dedication to quality products will now cover the full spectrum of devices, and under the partnership we have just signed, we will be able to offer high quality devices in high quality carrying bags and backpacks, and even business travel accessories will be available in our range.
The current cooperation covers the entire range of products, opening up further opportunities to increase sales. Business travellers will now be able to find the right bag or suitcase for every occasion, whether they are travelling for business or pleasure.
