Delta Systems Kft. could secure a contract worth hundreds of millions of forints.

Delta Systems Kft., a subsidiary wholly owned by Delta Technologies Nyrt., is taking part in another significant project. One of Hungary's leading system integrators will sign an agreement with Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (Hungarian Public Road Non-profit Private Company Limited by Shares), according to which the company will be responsible for the procurement of a 3D laser scanner system.

In the public procurement procedure conducted by the Digital Government Agency, responsible for centralised IT public procurements, for Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt., Delta Systems Kft. was announced as the winning bidder in the procurement of a 3D laser scanner system.

The total net value of contracts for the acquisition of assets exceeds HUF 297 million.

The installation of the systems will replace and automate manual dimensional checks on trucks. A dimensionally accurate 3D point cloud of vehicles passing through the measurement system will be created, allowing measurements and archiving tasks to be carried out. The system will be robust and accurate in delivering results in a variety of weather conditions, while providing operators with simple and intuitive feedback on vehicles and their dimensions, the location of oversize points, the size of oversize points, and the extent of oversize, so that the operator can decide what to do next.

The contracts to be concluded with the contracting authority Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság shall be concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of their entry into force, the final date being the deadline for performance of the contracts.

Delta Systems Kft. can report the outstanding achievement of being announced as the winning bidder on another tender in a short space of time. As one of Hungary's leading system integrators, we are ready to implement the project thanks to our many years of experience in the public administration sector.
- said László Vidra, Managing Director of Delta Systems Ltd., in connection with the framework agreement.
