The Digital Government Agency (DKÜ) has announced Delta Systems Kft., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Technologies Nyrt., as the winner of another significant framework agreement, with a total value of approximately HUF 520 billion. In the EU public procurement procedure, the company participated as a tenderer, in a consortium with other joint tenderers, acting as the consortium leader.
In the EU public procurement procedure initiated by DKÜ for application development services, the consortium led by the company was jointly declared the winner with four other consortia, independent of Delta Systems Kft., in respect of the first and second procurement lots.
The first part of the procedure concerned the provision of development services for Microsoft .NET framework-based and Microsoft Business Intelligence application systems, and the second part concerned the provision of development services for Java-based development environments or Business Intelligence application systems development environments.
The first part of the procurement, for the provision of development services for Microsoft Business Intelligence application systems, has a net value of HUF 180 billion. The second part of the tender, for the provision of development services for Java-based development environments or development environments for Business Intelligence application systems, has a net value of HUF 340 billion.
The agreements do not automatically offer orders; the institutions served by the DKÜ re-compete for supplies between the suppliers in the framework agreement on the basis of their needs. Both framework agreements, to be concluded with the Digital Government Agency, which will be responsible for their implementation, will be concluded for a period of 60 months from their entry into force, but not longer than the above delivery budget.
